2.2 Service Scope: We provide support for journal publication processes but do not guarantee publication acceptance, as decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective journal committees.

3. Order Placement and Processing

3.2 Order Confirmation: Upon successful payment, an email confirmation will be sent, detailing the scope of the requested service and the agreed timelines.

3.3 Amendments to Orders: Requests for changes must be submitted promptly. Substantial modifications to the original manuscript or service requirements may incur additional charges.

3.4 Order Rejection: We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our ethical standards or technical requirements.

4. Payment Terms and Processing

4.1 Payment Receipt: Full payment is required to confirm and process your order. We cannot proceed without receiving valid payment proof.

5. Refund Policy
